Spector & Bennett’s managing attorney, Ross A. Spector, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and a Master of Business Administration (with a concentration in International Business) from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Spector earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco where he was a member of the University of San Francisco Law Review. Mr. Spector received alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution of Pepperdine University’s School of Law in Malibu, California.
While Mr. Spector is a tenacious litigator and attorney, he has successfully represented clients in more than 200 mediations with a 90% resolution rate.
Mr. Spector is admitted to the State Bar of California, the Bar of the District of Columbia, all United States District Courts in the State of California, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Spector serves on the Resolution Advocate Panel of the Bankruptcy Dispute Resolution Program of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.
